Vectis Agency LLC (“we”, “us”) is a Wyoming limited liability company that provides local search visibility services to home service businesses. This policy explains what we collect when you contact us or submit one of our forms, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

When a form is submitted through Meta (Facebook or Instagram), Meta may pre-fill some of these fields from your profile. Meta’s own handling of your data is governed by Meta’s privacy policy, not by this one.
If you visit this website we may also collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you viewed.
To contact you about the services you asked about, to answer your questions, to prepare a proposal, and to keep records of our dealings with you. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other advertisers.
If you give us your phone number through one of our forms, you are asking us to contact you about our services, and you agree that we may call you and send you text messages at that number, including by automated means. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.

We share your information only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only so they can perform that service for us. These currently include our customer relationship management and messaging platform, our email provider, and the advertising platforms through which you contacted us. We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or to protect our rights.
We keep enquiry records for as long as we may reasonably need them for the purpose above, and no longer than three years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we are required to keep them longer.
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under your state or national law, and we will honor those.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
